Cancellation Policy

By enrolling with Nine Tutors, you agree to the following booking and attendance terms. Lesson Scheduling Lesson schedules are arranged in advance and confirmed via the student information/contract sheet. Students are expected to attend their allocated day and time each week. Changes to lesson times cannot be guaranteed and may only occur if agreed in advance. Membership & Payments Lessons are billed through a monthly membership. Payments are taken via Direct Debit or the agreed payment method. Cancellation of membership requires a minimum of 14 days written notice before the next payment date. Notice must be sent via email to info@ninetutors.com . Cancelling a Direct Debit without providing the required notice may result in outstanding charges becoming payable. Missed Lessons If a student does not attend a scheduled lesson, the session will still be charged and cannot be refunded. Missed lessons cannot be rescheduled unless agreed in exceptional circumstances. Punctuality Students are expected to arrive on time for all lessons. If a student arrives late, the lesson will still finish at the scheduled time. Consistently late arrivals may result in termination of the student’s place. Behaviour Students are expected to behave respectfully towards tutors and other students. Disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe behaviour may result in suspension or cancellation of lessons. Tutor Discretion Nine Tutors reserves the right to cancel or end a student’s membership if: We believe the tutoring is not meeting the student’s needs There are consistent no-shows There is persistent lateness There are behavioural concerns This allows places to be offered to other students who may benefit from the sessions. Additional Services Additional services such as mock exam sessions, intensive courses, holiday programmes, or specialist resources may be offered throughout the year. These services may incur additional charges, which will be communicated in advance.
